1. Acceptance
By using SPORTIFI (www.sportifiindia.com) you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Runners under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian. Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Event listings
Events on SPORTIFI are hosted by third-party organizers. SPORTIFI facilitates registration and payment but is not the event operator. Course, timing, safety and race-day operations are the responsibility of the listed organizer.
4. Payments
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Invoices are auto-generated with GST at the applicable rate. SPORTIFI is not a party to your payment transaction with the organizer.
5. Refunds & cancellations
Refund policy is set by each event's organizer and is displayed on the event page prior to registration. Please read the refund policy before paying. SPORTIFI does not override or guarantee organizer refunds.
6. Runner conduct
You agree not to (a) submit false registration information, (b) transfer BIBs without organizer approval, (c) resell BIBs at inflated prices, (d) misuse coupon codes, or (e) attempt to defraud the platform.
7. Organizer obligations
Organizers agree to (a) deliver the event as advertised, (b) publish a fair refund policy, (c) settle disputes with runners in good faith, (d) comply with local laws (municipal permits, medical support, insurance), and (e) not misuse runner data.
8. Platform fees
Platform fees are documented on the Pricing page and in your organizer agreement. Fees may be updated with 30 days written notice.
9. Intellectual property
SPORTIFI, its logo and all platform content are property of SPORTIFI. You may not scrape, resell or replicate the platform without written consent.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPORTIFI's liability is limited to the platform fees paid by you (as an organizer) or the registration fee (as a runner) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for race-day injuries, medical incidents or property loss at events.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
